Shareholder meeting

The sole shareholder of the Bischöfliches Studierendenwerk Münster gGmbH is the Diocese of Münster. In the shareholders’ meeting, the Diocese is represented by the Vicar General or by persons authorized by him. The shareholders’ meeting is responsible, among other things, for appointing the management and for key decisions such as approving the annual financial statements and granting discharge to the management.
