Management

Management are responsible for running Bischöfliches Studierendenwerk Münster gGmbH.
Management are appointed at the general meeting and are accountable to it.

All financial, personal and contractual procedures are part of management’s area of responsibility.
In accordance with legal requirements and within the scope of their powers of attorney as registered persons in the commercial register, the management is responsible for legally binding representation both internally and externally. This includes all the usual rights and obligations of a managing director of a limited liability company.

In order to exercise their leadership role, management employs other people in individual (specialist) fields.
