• All of our student residences have communal kitchens and living Areas.
• The rooms are divided into separate residential communities/corridors, who share the use of certain areas and keep them in order
• The corridors, communal areas and sanitary facilities are regularly cleaned by professional cleaning companies
• The students in all of our residences are responsible for organising a comprehensive tutorial/leisure programme for the other residents

Please, apply early. Even if you don’t have a current certificate of enrolment for a university in Münster yet, you can apply already now. It is possible, that you rescind from your rental Agreement without any costs, if you don’t get an admittance for a university in Münster or if you decide on another place of study.
